2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on liga78. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction and reflects liga78's commitment to responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
2.2 Residency. liga78 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local law, ordinance, or regulation to which you are personally subject.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from lawfully entering into this agreement.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued by liga78 or by any other gambling operator or regulatory authority. Knowingly registering during an active exclusion period constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on liga78. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during and after registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or equivalent), date of birth, email address, and payment method details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. liga78 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your Account or any Funds within it to another person.
3.5 Account Verification Timing. liga78 reserves the right to require KYC verification at any point during the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon unusual activity, or upon periodic review.
4.1 Required Documents. To complete KYC, Players must submit a valid government-issued photo identity document. For Indonesian residents, an NIK-bearing KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) is the primary accepted document. Passport or SIM may be accepted as supplementary documentation.
4.2 Proof of Payment Method. liga78 may request evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in the Player's own name. This may include a screenshot of the linked BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or other e-wallet account showing the account holder name.
4.3 Withdrawal Hold. liga78 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed. This is not a punitive measure; it is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control.
4.4 Verification Timeframe. Under normal circumstances, KYC review is completed within 2–24 hours of submission. During periods of high volume or where additional documentation is required, the process may take up to 72 hours. Our support team is available to assist via live chat.
4.5 Refusal of Verification. If a Player refuses to submit KYC documentation, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with Account information, liga78 reserves the right to close the Account and return the dep osited amount (minus any winnings derived from wagering) at its sole discretion.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. liga78 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods are subject to change; refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for the current list.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on liga78 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Amounts displayed on the Platform use standard Indonesian numeric formatting. liga78 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
5.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal minimums and maximums are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. liga78 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Player's Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. liga78 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with completed KYC are reviewed and approved within a target timeframe of 5–15 minutes during standard operating hours. Approved withdrawals are then transmitted to the Player's nominated bank account or e-wallet; the time for funds to appear in the Player's external account depends on the receiving institution.
5.6 Withdrawal Fees. liga78 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, over which liga78 has no control.
5.7 Source of Funds. Players may only deposit Funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the Account may be suspended.
5.8 Withdrawal to Original Source. liga78 applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by liga78 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "turnover requirements") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game categories are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. liga78 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated abuse across groups of players. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be suspended.
6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating additional Accounts to claim further bonuses constitutes bonus abuse under clause 6.3.
6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. liga78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already commenced wagering on a bonus at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will not be prejudiced; the applicable terms at the time of opt-in will govern their bonus balance.
6.6 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus Funds expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Player's Account automatically and are not recoverable.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at liga78's sole discretion. liga78 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at any time, including after acceptance, if there is reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed in error, exploits a system vulnerability, or was made in bad faith.
7.2 Odds and Prices. Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change until the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds locked in at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to settlement. liga78 is not liable for any odds displayed in error.
7.3 Market-Specific Rules. Individual sports markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by market-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the Platform. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing a Wager.
7.4 Mix Parlay and Accumulator Bets. Mix parlay (accumulator) wagers combine multiple selections into a single bet slip. If any selection within a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection did not exist, unless the promotion-specific or market-specific terms state otherwise.
7.5 Void Bets. Bets are voided, and stakes returned, in the event of match abandonment, cancellation, or other circumstances making settlement impossible under the applicable market rules. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirement turnover.
7.6 Casino and Slots RTP. All casino and slot games offered on liga78 are certified by independent auditors for stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.7 Live Betting. Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are subject to inherent latency between real-world events and data feed updates. liga78 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted due to data feed delay.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on liga78. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the liga78 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, data compilations, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of liga78 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
9.2 Limited License. liga78 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Prohibited Use of Content. You must not scrape, frame, mirror, reproduce, republish, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content without liga78's express prior written consent. Systematic data extraction — whether for competitive intelligence, odds aggregation, or any other commercial purpose — is strictly prohibited.
10.1 Platform Availability. liga78 endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. liga78 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
10.2 Gambling Losses. liga78 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. All bets are placed at the Player's own risk and with full knowledge that gambling involves the possibility of financial loss.
10.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liga78's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Indirect and Consequential Loss. liga78 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm — even if liga78 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Third-Party Services. liga78 integrates third-party payment processors, game studios, and data feed providers. liga78 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors originating from these third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by liga78 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
11.2 Data Retention. liga78 retains Player Account data, transaction records, and KYC documentation for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and our licensing obligations — typically five to seven years from the date of Account closure.
11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receive transactional communications (account activity, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) via email. Promotional communications are opt-in; you may unsubscribe at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support.
12.1 Player Protection Tools. liga78 provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: configurable deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality-check interval notifications, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly within the Account settings panel.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from liga78 may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an active self-exclusion period, the Player's Account is locked, marketing communications are suspended, and re-registration attempts are blocked.
12.3 Operator-Imposed Limits. liga78 reserves the right to impose account-level limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion on any Player where we have reasonable grounds to believe that continued gambling may be causing harm. This is a player protection measure, not a disciplinary action.

13.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money Funds will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC and satisfied withdrawal conditions. Unconverted Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 Termination by liga78. liga78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, posed a fraud or money-laundering risk, or if closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
13.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed by liga78 due to a breach of these Terms, liga78 may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that funds were derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity, those funds will be forfeited. Where no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned.
13.4 Survival of Terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and governing law survive the termination of a Player's Account and remain in full force and effect indefinitely.
14.1 Right to Amend. liga78 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by a regulatory authority.
14.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
14.3 Archived Versions. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request by contacting our support team at [email protected].
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which liga78 holds its primary international operating license.
15.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact liga78's support team in good faith and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for the parties to attempt informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
15.3 Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Class Action Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or consolidated proceeding.
